Information & Cyber Café Professional (ICCP) is a 6-month practical diploma program designed to develop professional skills in computer operations, MS Office, internet and email, online forms and applications, digital document management, photo/PDF processing, printing and scanning, online information and digital services, cyber café operations, and basic cyber safety. The program includes practical training, assignments, project work, and final assessment.
